
Service Administrator

- Taking service, repair and maintenance bookings via telephone, face to face and email contact
- Processing bookings through the internal Link IT system
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is in place for each booked job
- Main role is carrying out outbound calls for service and MOT bookings.
- Covering for Service advisors when on annual leave etc.
- Undertaking all related administration (including invoicing), handing over cars, and taking payments
- Ability to meet manufacturers' customer satisfaction standards.
Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop experience preferred but not essential.
