
HR Systems Coordinator

- Maintain and update HR platforms including core HR, rota scheduling, learning systems, payroll, and internal communications tools
- Process new starters, leavers, and contractual changes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Administer employee benefits and maintain associated documentation
- Prepare payroll data and respond to queries from staff and managers
- Monitor rota submissions and approvals, flagging discrepancies where needed
- Support annual pay reviews and assist with salary and benefits benchmarking
- Track compliance across key areas such as right to work checks, DBS renewals, and working time regulations
- Manage mandatory training records and update learning content as required
- Develop and maintain SOPs for system use and HR processes
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on system functionality
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce data, trends, and compliance
- Build and maintain dashboards to support data visibility and decision-making
- Assist with system upgrades, transitions, and integrations
- Liaise with IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
- Ensure confidentiality is upheld across all HR activities
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance employee experience
- Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed
