Job DescriptionDue to our continued growth across the UK & Ireland, we are now looking for a new HR Coordinator to join our HR Team and support our Employee Relations department!Your role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The role also includes supporting the HR Advisory team with low-level employee relations (ER) advice, contributing to a positive employee experience and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.Key Accountabilities
  • Provide first line response to Store Managers on HR policies and procedures, while actively promoting the use of our HR toolkits.
  • Assist the HR Advisory team in maintaining and updating our HR toolkits as required.
  • Support managers and employees with low-level ER issues such as absence management, probation reviews, and performance queries.
  • Escalate complex ER matters to the HR Advisory team as appropriate.
  • Assist in setting up meetings and notetaking during ER meetings and investigations.
  • Manage HR inbox and respond to routine queries.
  • Maintain and update employee relations tracker with case details.
  • Prepare HR documentation including invite letters and outcome letters.
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Support data collection and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
  • HR administration.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
QualificationsExperience
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role ideally within retail.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
  • Exposure to employee relations issues and basic advisory support.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, busy, confidential environment.
