We are looking for a highly organised, detail driven Programme Administrator to support our PMO team. You will manage diaries, schedule meetings, handle emails, take minutes, compile reports and maintain POMO processes. Occasional travel to UK locations may be required (expenses covered).This is mainly in the Hertfordshire, West Essex and London regions.Main duties of the jobKey Duties
  • Schedule and manage internal and external meetings
  • Organise diaries and emails efficiently
  • Take minutes, track actions and compile reports
  • Support online PM reporting and post meeting documents
  • Attend meetings at other locations when required
Requirements
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Share Point and Teams
