- An undergraduate degree or similar level of professional education (i.e. professional development qualification) or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration in a Higher Education environment
- Demonstrable experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from application to graduation
- Familiarity with Moodle or equivalent virtual learning environments
- Familiarity with student systems such as Student Information Systems and Admissions platforms (or equivalent)
- Excellent planning, organisational and decision-making skills, including the ability to multitask and problem solve effectively, and to be proactive, creative and pragmatic whenever required
- Ability to understand complex sets of policies and procedures, and inform relevant stakeholders accordingly
