- Present and sell additional repairs to customers.
- Proven experience in a customer service or service advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM and service management software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
