Job DescriptionMercedes-Benz of Dartford is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Advisor (Telephone), working 32 hours per week across 4 days on the following shifts: Monday to Friday (3 days) either 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, plus Saturday 8am-5pm .   • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to put customers at ease.
  • Confident telephone manner with an engaging and persuasive approach.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Sales-driven attitude and motivation to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Strong attention to detail when recording customer information and booking appointments
  • Experience using CRM or customer database systems is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service is desirable, but not essential - full training provided!
  • Ambition to learn about new vehicles, offers, and dealership promotions to inform customers accurately.
  • Team player, adaptable, and eager to support an inclusive workplace environment.
Main Responsibilities: Telephone Sales and Customer Support
  • Respond to inbound and outbound sales and enquiry calls with knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Proactively make outbound follow-up calls to support sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, identify customer requirements, and promote appointments for the showroom sales team.
  • Accurately record customer details and interactions using dealership CRM systems.
  • Keep up to date with vehicle features, offers, and dealership events to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Be an ambassador for the Mercedes-Benz brands.
