- Assist on all aspects of the conveyancing process from opening files to post-completion work
- Work under supervision on residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and transfer deeds
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions run smoothly
- Conduct and review property searches, handle exchange and completion formalities
- Register properties with relevant authorities and deal with Stamp Duty requirements
- Maintain accurate case management records and draft correspondence to keep clients informed
- Support fee earners through the entire property transaction cycle
- Prior experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, working calmly under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client-focused mindset
- Proficient in office software and case management systems
