Pay Rate: £30 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join its client’s Adult Mental Health team based in Manchester.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will
- Undertake Care Act assessments and arrange care packages, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Support individuals with mental health needs to remain well in the community.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to assess and manage risk alongside health professionals.
- Record casework and progress using the Paris system.
- Use Mosaic for purchasing care packages and managing safeguarding processes.
- Great rate of pay £30 per hour

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
