- Shape and execute engaging, insight-led brand campaigns across multiple channels
- Oversee social media strategy and influencer partnerships to boost brand love
- Deliver annual go-to-market plans for new products in collaboration with global and commercial teams
- Champion the brand in retailer discussions and support sell-in plans
- Analyse category and brand performance to steer future activity
- 4+ years' FMCG marketing experience, ideally in a brand team
- Experience in planning and delivering through-the-line campaigns
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder, both in-house and externally
- Strong grasp of data-led decision-making, with analytical rigour
- Background in content development and influencer strategy a strong plus
