With a student-centred approach and industry-focused delivery, this role offers the chance to directly shape the future of hospitality professionals.Your Role
Teach Level 4 and 5 modules in hospitality management, customer service, events, and operations.
Bring your industry experience into the classroom to enrich learning and inspire confidence.
Design, plan and deliver engaging assessments and lesson content.
Provide 1:1 academic and pastoral support for students.
Support curriculum enhancement and collaborate with the academic team to improve programme outcomes.
What You Bring
Degree in in Hospitality & Events Management or a related field plus a postgraduate qualification or extensive industry experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in UK higher education (Level 4–5).
Strong links to the hospitality industry with current insights and trends.
A hands-on, practical teaching style focused on employability and skills development.
(Desirable: Fellowship of the HEA, PGCert, or active professional practice)
