- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field plus a postgraduate qualification or extensive industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in UK higher education (Level 4-5).
- Strong links to the hospitality industry with current insights and trends.
- A hands-on, practical teaching style focused on employability and skills development.
