- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users and technical teams, documenting requirements and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
- Own and prioritise the development backlog, making sure sprint work aligns with business priorities.
- Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new functionality meets agreed requirements.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across our group to gather, challenge and refine requirements in a constructive and collaborative way.
- Identify business risks, impacts, and process improvements to drive efficiency and customer value.
- Partner with third-party vendors and managed service providers to ensure delivery is on time and to expectations.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across the team, ensuring every solution improves the experience for our users.
- Salesforce expertise, ideally with Administrator certification and hands-on experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst role.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation and backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and build consensus.
- Experience supporting or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
