Role and responsibilitiesThe successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties.As a Senior Building Surveyor you’ll play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression.Person specificationThis role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor, who has extensive experience within a similar environment.
  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background
  • Commericially minded with business development ability
  • Good report writing and verbal communication
