Senior Building Surveyor - Central London (St Paul's)An established consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The role offers a strong mix of professional and project work, with a particular emphasis on residential and commercial property.What's involved:You'll be working across a wide portfolio that includes:
  • Full RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
  • Pre-purchase surveys for high-value assets
  • Listed building projects
  • A blend of commercial and residential instructions
The role is designed for someone who is confident leading instructions, liaising directly with clients and delivering work to the highest technical standards.About You:
  • Senior-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS preferred)
  • Strong background across both residential and commercial sectors
  • Demonstrable experience with Level 3 surveys, listed buildings, and pre-purchase reports
  • Professional, client-facing, and able to manage your own workload
Package:
  • £50k - £70k base salary depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure to reward delivery and client wins
  • Central London office, next to St Paul's Cathedral, with hybrid flexibility
