
HRIS Manager

- Lead the management and optimisation of current and future SAP SF modules (currently Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning).
- Act as a key point of contact between HR, IT, and external vendors regarding HR systems strategy and support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within the HR technology ecosystem.
- Manage system updates, testing, integrations, and data migration for new modules or enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across HR systems.
- Provide functional and technical support to HR teams and other stakeholders.
- Work with the team to develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to HR technology and SAP SF.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to the HCM platform and other HR tools.
- Lead team of SAP SF Subject Matter Experts (SME's)
- Experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system configuration.
- Proven experience in leading systems teams, implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or middleware tools.
- Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, and other regulatory requirements related to HR data.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation in SuccessFactors or related tools.
