- Implement Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions with precision and timeliness
- Be responsible for managing the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding workstream
- Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner to ensure a seamless move to SuccessFactors
- Define, document, and optimise the HR processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to capture HR-related requirements to assist with ensuring they are accurately configured
- Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to verify that Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding is fit for purpose
- Be responsible for data migration and cutover activities
- Support integrations and interfaces
- Identify and address any issues in the implementation, maintaining a commitment to delivering a high-quality solution
- Develop and refine business processes in alignment with needs
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure smooth handover of fully implemented HR modules to the Operations team

- Extensive functional experience of deploying end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions.
- In-depth expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions delivery lifecycles, including hands-on experience of design, testing to go live.
- A knowledge of UK-specific HR laws and regulations.
- An understanding of integrating and interfaces into HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple HR systems and platforms
- To be able to demonstrate a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in SuccessFactors solutions
