The successful candidate will:
- Work on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, capital markets, and cross-border deals
- Support on investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects, and wider strategic matters
- Collaborate closely with the national Corporate team, gaining exposure to high-quality work across the UK
- Advise a broad mix of clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, education, and recruitment
- Play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and project managing complex deals
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Corporate team in Nottingham
- Be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- Have a strong background in M&A and private equity transactions
- Be confident managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with experienced dealmakers
- Be commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Have the ambition to build long-term client relationships and support business development
