- Take on your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs, and some tax and trust work.
- Advise a diverse range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families.
- Collaborate closely with 2 Partners in the Nottingham office, gaining exposure to complex and high-value matters in a truly supportive setting.
- Play an active role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development activities.
- Work in a department recognised for its quality of service and excellent reputation in the market.
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
- Solid experience in wills, probate, LPAs, and ideally tax and trust matters.
- Strong communication and client-care skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to progress into a senior leadership role.
