The successful candidate will:
  • Work on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, capital markets, and cross-border deals
  • Support on investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects, and wider strategic matters
  • Collaborate closely with the national Corporate team, gaining exposure to high-quality work across the UK
  • Advise a broad mix of clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, education, and recruitment
  • Play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and project managing complex deals
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Corporate team in Nottingham
YouThe ideal candidate will:
  • Be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
  • Have a strong background in M&A and private equity transactions
  • Be confident managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with experienced dealmakers
  • Be commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Have the ambition to build long-term client relationships and support business development
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
