- Secure new leads (grow the pipeline) and nurture any lost or stalled clients. Generate meetings per month via email, social media and phone (volume aligned to financial year goals)
- Work alongside New Business, Marketing and other teams to identify/help generate impactful content for outreach (e.g. case studies, 1-pagers, mini-pitch decks, videos)
- Drive sign-ups for internal events and meetings for external events
- Work with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and activity, such as webinars, content downloads, and events, to ensure that all engaged leads are approached in a timely and personalised way.
- Work alongside New Business, Marketing and other teams to deliver industry outreach. Includes Tier 1 personalised emails Tier 2 email sequential comms, integrating LinkedIn into all outreach.
- Manage all client engagement via Hubspot
- Monitor outreach and engagement metrics and report on this data to help optimise future campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge, trends and buyer personas to refine messaging and approach, adapting different strategies to improve lead gen outcomes.
- Salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience
- Hybrid working – with expected two days at our central Leeds office
- 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays (our office also shuts between Christmas and New Year)
- One additional holiday day per year after 2 years’ service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days.
