- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To effectively cross-sell Just IT & BePro solutions
- To ensure all eligibility, onboarding and compliance processes and procedures are followed
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM - quality data makes us successful
- 2+ years of successful sales / account management experience
- Professional experience of working in the apprenticeship market
- Great communicator, both verbal and written
- Willingness to proactively prospect via the telephone
- Experience of working with new and existing B2B clients
- Lifelong learner and passion for a career in sales
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Highly professional, well presented and provides an excellent first impression of Just IT & BePro
- Reliable, conscientious, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to influence others for benefit of the business
