- Post holder should possess or be prepared to works towards ECDL
- Appropriate level of training in Management of Aggression
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative/clerical role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of NHS Systems
- Good keyboard skills
- Awareness of Data Protection Act
