We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.NHS GREATER GLASGOW AND CLYDEWESTMARC QUEEN ELIZABETH UNIVERSITY HOSPITALClerical Officer (Band 2)This role is based at West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre (WestMARC), Queen Elizabeth University Hospital campus. The role is based within our reception and filing room, greeting all patient and visitors to the building both in person and on the telephone and offering support to a wide range of clinical staff. Ensuring the smooth running of the department including opening and closing at the beginning and end of day.Working in the filing room responsible for safe storage of patient records, ordering and maintaining stock levels, using alphabetic and numerical systems to organise paper and electronic records. Applicants should be educated to higher standard or have equivalent knowledge and experience and have 5 years' experience in an administration and or reception environment.
