- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts for ServiceNow services in the UK market.
- Build and leverage relationships with ServiceNow sales, alliances, and partner teams.
- Position our advisory, implementation, and managed services portfolio to align with client business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
- Work in close collaboration with Brillio's presales team & practice teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling ServiceNow services.
- Proven track record of quota attainment with mid-tier or new-age IT services providers.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (partners, alliances, go-to-market motions).
- Strong track record of net-new business acquisition in the UK market.
- Excellent relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the business challenges associated within enterprise customers and how ServiceNow helps solve them
- Strong understanding of the possibilities of ServiceNow and how it integrates and associates itself to other toolsets
- Appreciation of surrounding toolsets and competing platforms, and the benefits of ServiceNow over these surrounding and competing toolsets
- Ability to operate independently with a hunter's mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
