The Front of House & Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring an excellent front-of-house experience for visitors. You will need to represent the brand to the highest degree whilst having a keen eye for detail in organising the office space. You will work amongst a fun and supportive business support team.As the Office Coordinator, you will:
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring visitors are welcomed warmly and professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
  • Support the team in organising events and travel arrangements when required.
  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the office environment.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other departments as needed.

This is a unique opportunity to join a sporting giant in a stable, 12month contract. The office has a great buzz and a series of yearly office events help promote a positive working environment.You will be rewarded with a daily rate of £140-£160 per day.
