We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join on a 12-month contract, supporting a key £20m client within the Facilities Management & Engineering Services division.This is a hands-on role, partnering with operational leaders to deliver financial insight, challenge, and analysis that drive performance and cost efficiency.Key responsibilities:Lead finance partner for a high-value client contract.Deliver budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Provide financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning.Monitor contract performance, identifying risks and opportunities.Support commercial decision-making and ensure governance compliance.Mentor junior finance staff and promote a high-performance culture.About you:Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years’ PQE.Experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.Background in Facilities Management, Construction, Infrastructure, or multi-site environments.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong communicator with gravitas to influence non-finance stakeholders.Hands-on, commercial, and confident in fast-paced settings.If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.
