- A strong background in Local Government finance, ideally in housing
- Hold a full accounting qualification
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A competitive daily rate of £400 per day.
