- Maintaining job boards and promote roles on social media
- Interview scheduling and co-ordination – utilising the firm's ATS and the use of Outlook (booking in candidates, booking in meeting rooms, creating relevant materials such as presentations and booking in briefing calls etc)
- Setting up and sending testing to candidates
- Maintain the firm's internal intranet pages with information, referrals and live roles
- Support with diary management and coordination
- Maintain good communication between candidates and the hiring managers
- Act as an ambassador for Fieldfisher
- Create a positive and streamlined candidate experience
- Support the Recruitment Advisors and Manager with ad-hoc coordination and assistance
- Support with recruitment and HR projects across the team
- Strong experience in managing interview scheduling and diary coordination.
- Professional telephone manner and confident in speaking with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience of maintaining job boards and promoting roles across social media platforms.
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and coordination.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
