German Speaking Recruitment Consultants (FT & PT)Braga, PortugalBasic Salary £13 per hour + commissionHome based, anywhere in the United Kingdom.We have openings for Full time and Part time Recruitment Consultants (20-30 hours per week)Candidates must already have a UK passport or the Right to Remain.As a recruitment consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
  • receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
  • briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
  • preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
  • organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  • working towards and exceeding targets
Candidates ideally will have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience. Candidates should also speak German to at least C1 level.Part-time or Full-time roles.Company Laptop supplied.A minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience is essentialFull time position - Monday to Friday. 9 pm – 6 pm – working from homePart-time position – 2-3 days a week 9am - 6pm.
