  • Provide personalised support to pupils, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Help with the preparation of lessons and classroom activities.
  • Encourage and assist pupils in developing their independence, communication, and social skills.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
  • Work as part of a team with colleagues and external professionals.
  • Supervise pupils during breaks and lunch periods.
  • Ensure all safeguarding procedures are upheld to promote the welfare of every child.
What We're Looking For
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • A current Child DBS on the update service.
  • Prior experience working with children or young people, with a preference for an SEN setting.
  • A calm, caring, and adaptable nature.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
