- Experience working in higher education, particularly in roles related to assessment, quality assurance, or curriculum development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating collaborative discussions.
- A proactive and organised approach to project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- A good understanding of assessment and feedback practices in higher education, and a commitment to enhancing the student experience.
- Confidence in using digital tools (e.g., Excel, data dashboards, virtual collaboration platforms) to support analysis and reporting.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across teams.
