  • Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor workloads and provide recommendations for optimising efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all administrative processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as required.
