
Internal Sales / Contracts Co-ordinator

- Proactively manage the renewal cycle of service contracts, contacting customers ahead of expiry and issuing updated agreements.
- Engage dormant or lapsed customers to reintroduce EMS services, explain value propositions, and convert back into active agreements.
- Make outbound calls to existing and legacy customers to promote service renewals and identify opportunities for additional works.
- Support the preparation and delivery of commercial quotations and pricing for extra works, aligning with agreed margins.
- Respond to inbound customer queries regarding service agreements, commercial terms and contract documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Technical, Operations and Sales, to ensure smooth handling of service-related proposals.
- Monitor and flag contract expiry dates and potential at-risk accounts to the Head of sales for prioritisation.
- Ensure all pricing, agreements and documentation comply with EMS policies and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal sales tools, templates, and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales pipeline, including renewal dates, customer conversations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales development, customer retention, or contract renewal roles
- Proven ability to make outbound calls, handle objections, and influence decision-making
- Skilled at identifying upsell and reactivation opportunities during customer engagement
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing commercial documents
