
Broker Telephone Account Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers over the phone.
- Provide exceptional service and support to brokers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding broker needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and policy administration.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with brokers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to brokers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends.
- Previous experience in the Insurance industry preferrable but not essential.
- Ideally an understanding of insurance products and services either with an insurance company or via an intermediary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
