- Conducting regular dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback and identify new opportunities
- Acting as a trusted partner to provide advice, coaching and guidance to motor dealerships
- Planning and implementing effective sales development strategies for the territory
- Bringing creativity to generate new ideas and tactical plans to win new business
- Use data to analyse market trends and provide insights – back to the business and to dealers
- An exceptionally high level of understanding in intermediary development and or knowledge within the UK Motor/Finance market
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the business
- The drive to succeed and a natural flare for building relationships
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Fantastic communication, presenting and negotiation skills at all management levels within a business
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
- A passion for your career with a mentality to succeed
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel regularly is essential
- Introductory call with our Recruitment Business Partner (30 minutes)
- First stage interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
- Second stage interview onsite in Head Office (90 minutes) on Friday 26th September
