- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs;
- Act as the first touchpoint for segmented clients of the StoneX, provide them with the best experience possible
- Support our ongoing client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions and timely responses to their queries
- Provide clients accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of client interactions
- Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities
- Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting enquiries or leads from business partners;
- Communicating with customers via email, phone (both inbound and outbound calling), webinar and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team who will support you with relevant and purpose driven content
- Write market commentaries as needed
- As a minimum, meet annually with customers face to face if necessary and conduct monthly telephone discussions relating to their ongoing progress
- Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments
- Learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services
- Minimum of 2+ years relationship management experience within the financial services sector
- Experience within a sales environment working diversified solutions
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliability and punctuality

- Basic leadership skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
