Paid Media Specialist – B2B SaaS Scale-UpLocation: Manchester (Northern Quarter, 2 days per week in-office)

Contract: Full-time, permanentThe BusinessForward Role are currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business that secured Series A investment last year and is now scaling its commercial and marketing functions.The company operates in a specialist niche within the manufacturing and technology space, delivering innovative software to organisations. They’ve seen strong growth in recent months, with a new executive team in place and an ambitious roadmap ahead.This is a brilliant opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and take ownership of a key area of their digital marketing strategy.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to:
  • Shape the paid media strategy from scratch.
  • Test, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn.
  • Experiment with new platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
  • Partner with our SEO agency to create a joined-up acquisition engine.
  • Report on performance and focus on measurable results: MQLs, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
You’ll work directly with a dynamic Head of Marketing and be a key hire in a small but growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact.What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience running B2B paid media campaigns (SaaS preferred but not essential).
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Display, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • A data-led marketer who understands ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
  • Proactive and creative — loves testing new ideas and approaches.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
  • Collaborative and keen to work closely with SEO, product marketing, and wider commercial teams.
