With ambitious growth plans in place, they are now looking to bring in a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of their digital acquisition strategy.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact, standalone role where you’ll lead the paid media function, driving profitable growth and expanding into new channels.You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on: analysing performance, testing new ideas, and finding creative ways to navigate complex digital advertising challenges. With a budget of around £20k+ per month, there’s genuine scope to scale further - and for the right person, the potential to grow out a dedicated team as the business continues to expand.What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the paid media strategy and execution across search, shopping, and social channels
- Broaden the channel mix: test and grow into TikTok, YouTube, cross-network search, and beyond
- Navigate advertising compliance challenges, ensuring campaigns remain live and effective
- Tailor campaigns to seasonal peaks such as Black Friday, January demand, and back-to-work/back-to-school periods
- Manage budgets with a focus on profitable scaling and strong ROAS
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-performing campaigns
- Analyse results using GA4 and platform analytics, making data-led optimisation decisions
- Strong D2C paid media experience (experience in regulated or compliance-heavy categories is a bonus)
- Proven track record of driving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
- Skilled across Google Ads and Meta; exposure to TikTok/YouTube is advantageous
- Analytical and data-driven, confident using GA4
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth business
- Flexible and adaptable — able to adjust to international market coverage (including US time zones)
- Proactive, commercially minded, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table
