
Strategic Accounts Lead - Uber Eats

- Develop a winning strategy: Shape and execute the strategy for our Strategic Accounts in the UK
- P&L ownership and long-term value creation for Uber and our partners: Deliver exceptional growth and experience to our Strategic partners, from leading commercial discussions to delivering sustainable, long term growth. You'll work with partners to build joint business plans, solve operational problems, and advance partner priorities across our full Delivery product portfolio.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic roadmaps to guide long-term success
- Quantify everything you do. Identify growth opportunities using data, insights and market trends. Utilise data-driven decision making to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are optimally prioritising those with the highest return on investment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape our product and service offerings.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a relevant commercial role; including client-facing experience at executive levels and a track record of outperforming metrics-based business goals
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience in leading and negotiating complex, multi-faceted deals through bringing together business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts.
- A strong background with data and data analysis, making data-led decisions and using sound business judgement. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and analysis
- Great project management experience to develop detailed joint business plans with enterprise partners and consistently deliver above expectations
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
- Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners!
- Experience in the tech industry or scale-ups
- SQL literacy
