- Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a territory of strategic, high-value accounts
- Have expertise in using tools to gain account insights and deliver prospecting messages (e.g Tableau, Marketo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- Lead a full account team (Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Development) to develop messaging and execute prospecting plans in line with an overall account vision
- Develop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across your customer base
- Create effortless buying experiences for your customers and turn change agents into champions
- Be an expert in finding and surfacing customer pain points and leading the creation of solutions to solve this pain
- Leverage internal stakeholders for maximum impact across the sales cycle
- Execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processes
- Deep project management expertise to execute deals with precision (ability to identify risk to the plan, anticipate risks, hold customers to account, communicate clearly and effectively)
- Maintain clean sales hygiene with all relevant systems updated weekly (SFDC, Smartsheet, etc)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated enterprise sales success, with a track record of exceeding assigned quotas and receiving recognition for high-performance
- 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software, preferably emerging SaaS solutions
- Demonstrable experience building relationships with Global 2000 senior line-of-business and IT executives, as well as operational managers
- Proven ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunities
- Proven experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrable experience executing complex, solution-based strategic sales processes
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth company
- Leverage MEDDIC & Challenger Sale to identify and mitigate risks
- Comfort in ambiguity with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- High humility with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Curious, creative and able to respectfully challenge
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organisation, and thrive in a collaborative environment
