  • Safety First: Champion a safety-first culture, complying with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Operate a wide range of equipment and follow site procedures to deliver top-quality products.
  • Hygiene Leadership: Lead hygiene activities, inspections, and improvements. Manage hygiene team members and contractors, and deputise for the Hygiene Team Manager when needed.
  • Quality Focused: Ensure all products meet Warburtons' high standards, making quality-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, production, technical, and compliance to align hygiene activities with business needs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to follow complex procedures and work independently
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to use a variety of IT systems
  • Experience in hygiene management and contractor coordination e.g. site inspection for pest control, maintenance and services of equipment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills across operations
The RecipeYou'll be working across a multi-skilled, fast-paced operation, taking ownership of hygiene standards, equipment operation, and product quality.
