- Develop and lead paid social strategies across key platforms to drive brand awareness, lead gen and performance.
- Oversee campaign planning, setup, execution, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat and X.
- Analyse campaign data using ROAS, CTR, CPA and conversion tracking to drive insights.
- Lead client comms and translate performance into actionable recommendations owning the narrative, translating data into meaningful insights and presenting back with clarity and confidence
- Partner with Creative teams to brief and iterate high-performing ad assets.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, creating space for growth and learning.
- Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, tools, and platform features.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and reporting accuracy across accounts.
- Proven experience managing large paid social budgets and strategies.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with cross-channel attribution, tracking tools (GA4, UTM), and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience in agency or fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into compelling insights.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
