- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within Dynamics 365 Business Central and it’s complementary products. Including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and ensure seamless customer onboarding, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends and Microsoft developments to effectively position Kick and D365 Solutions.
- Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and personal sales KPIs.
- Represent Kick ICT at industry events, networking forums, and Microsoft partner initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information within CRM systems.
- Identify and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in new business sales, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics or ERP/CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience building trusted, consultative client relationships.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and ROI arguments.
- Highly motivated self-starter, target-driven and resilient.
