- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, ideally with management experience.
- Background in residential and commercial settings, interior design, renovations or a related field (though candidates from other industries are welcome if strong skillsets can be demonstrated).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire teams.
- Expertise in sales, account growth, and client relationship management.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business objectives and regularly review successes and methods of improvement.
- Plan, organise, and deliver regular client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Creative business development opportunities in line with targeted KPI’s.
- Identify growth opportunities and product solutions in line with customers needs.
