
SEN Teaching Assistant

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
- Assist with classroom preparation and organization.
- Foster pupils' communication, independence, and social skills.
- Track progress and provide timely feedback to the class teacher.
- Collaborate effectively with the school team and external agencies.
- Supervise pupils during non-lesson times, such as breaks and lunch.
- Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed and pupil welfare is a priority.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- A current Child DBS on the update service.
- Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably within an SEN context.
- A calm, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
