  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and organization.
  • Foster pupils' communication, independence, and social skills.
  • Track progress and provide timely feedback to the class teacher.
  • Collaborate effectively with the school team and external agencies.
  • Supervise pupils during non-lesson times, such as breaks and lunch.
  • Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed and pupil welfare is a priority.
What We're Looking For
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • A current Child DBS on the update service.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably within an SEN context.
