- Are you a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR) or a Recruitment Consultant that wants to become a Business Development Manager / Client Specialist / Account Executive
- Your primary mission is to drive New Business Growth Globally
- Identify and profile target clients through LinkedIn and database research
- Manage individual sales pipeline and attend client meetings
- Booking Meetings, Closing Deals, Fee Negotiation
- New Business Development (70%) - Generate leads through targeted research and cold calling to hit revenue targets
- Account Management (20%) - Manage client relationships and recruitment project delivery
- Other Activities (10%) - Support Recruitment Team if needed & Upskilling New Members

- Proven track record in New Business Development and sales
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales lifecycles
- Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (preferred)
