A vacancy for an enthusiastic and well-motivated Social Worker has arisen in the Central community Social Work team. The successful applicant will need to evidence that they have some experience in understanding and supporting the needs of older people, adults with learning disabilities and adults with physical disabilities.The post-holder will be responsible for assessing and arranging support for adults via the internet, at our local hubs and in people’s own homes in order to promote their independence.
