- Provide conflict resolution and work with vulnerable and dysregulated teenagers who have experienced trauma.
- Utilize CSE knowledge and skills to conduct return home interviews and establish positive and trusting relationships with young people.
- Prepare for supervision, prioritise supervision, and engage with reflection and feedback, seeking direction when necessary.
