- Professional experience in coding: Full-stack or Backend experience with a commitment to building reliable, well-tested systems. You know what good is and can inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Effective communication: Experience explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration and cross-functional work: We have a Product Manager and a Designer as part of our team. In addition, we work with our Business Intelligence (BI) team and many other commercial teams across the business.
